Ancient Silver Decanter Coin Necklace

This ancient Roman silver coin is set in 22k yellow gold and is balanced by 4 white diamonds 0.16ctw.  It is attached to a handmade 22k, 18”  yellow gold chain.  The coin is approximately the size of a US penny.
