Apollo Ring

This antique Italian lava stone was hand carved in the 1920's by master Italian artist Giovanni Apa. It is set in 18k yellow gold and has a large hammer finish. The stone depicts the Roman god Apollo. He was the son of Zeus, king of the gods. Apollo was the god of music, healing, light, and truth. One of Apollo's most important daily tasks was to harness his 4-horse chariot and move the sun across the sky.
The ring is a size 8.
